Product Availability & Substitution Policy
Occasionally, certain flowers or products may become unavailable due to seasonal supply variations or factors beyond our control. If this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with flowers or products of equal value and quality, matching as closely as possible to the original request. We will make every effort to maintain the style, colours, and size depicted in the product description.
If a significant substitution is necessary that alters the character of your chosen arrangement, we will endeavour to contact you to confirm your approval before proceeding. However, during busy or time-sensitive periods, we may be required to use our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is a problem with the delivered flowers or the quality does not meet the described standard, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a partial or full refund, or a replacement arrangement to be delivered at no further cost.
Complaints made outside of 24 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for adjustment, refund, or replacement, due to the natural lifespan of fresh flowers.
